Tatraum Projekte Schmidt presents a new collaboration between performers from Dusseldorf and Kyiv.
Together they create the >Edition Kyiv< in a 1-week rehearsal process based on the Düsseldorf performance of >KLÄR or the performative-poetic search for Schrödinger’s cat<. In terms of content, they deal with examination of the parallelisms of certain states and the unity of ghost/matter as described in quantum physics. How is light a particle and a wave at the same time? What are the consequences of quantum physics in our tangible reality an how many worlds/universes/realities does it create? The creative process of >KLÄR< is an experiment by the performers, involving the parallelism of being and “spectacular UnRealities”. Transferred to the performance this results in: scientific information, fiction, lyrical/poetic observations, performative actions and meditative experiments. All of these aspects are part of an associative correspondence in relation to the unknown future. Music and video help to create an “inbetween”, disconnected from vocabulary and superficial meaning.

Tatraum Projekte Schmidt präsentiert eine neue Zusammenarbeit zwischen Performer:innen aus Düsseldorf und Kiew.
Gemeinsam kreieren sie in einem einwöchigen Probenprozess die >Edition Kyiv<, basierend auf der Düsseldorfer Aufführung von >KLÄR oder die performativ-poetische Suche nach Schrödingers Katze<. Inhaltlich geht es um die Auseinandersetzung mit den Parallelen bestimmter Zustände und der Einheit von Geist/Materie, wie sie in der Quantenphysik beschrieben wird. Wie kann Licht gleichzeitig ein Teilchen und eine Welle sein? Welche Auswirkungen hat die Quantenphysik auf unsere greifbare Realität und wie viele Welten/Universen/Realitäten schafft sie? Der kreative Prozess von >KLÄR< ist ein Experiment der Performer, bei dem es um die Parallelität von Sein und „spektakulären Unwirklichkeiten“ geht. Übertragen auf die Performance ergeben sich daraus: wissenschaftliche Informationen, Fiktion, lyrische/poetische Beobachtungen, performative Aktionen und meditative Experimente. All diese Aspekte sind Teil einer assoziativen Korrespondenz in Bezug auf die unbekannte Zukunft. Musik und Video helfen dabei, ein „Dazwischen“ zu schaffen, losgelöst von Vokabular und oberflächlicher Bedeutung.
